Mostly-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses strongly encouraged. Dressy Jumpsuits and gowns also welcome.

The ceremony takes place in the Chapel, up the hill from the parking lot. Once on Pinecrest property you will see the Reception hall to your right, follow the signs to park behind the Reception Hall in the main parking lot. Ceremony starts promptly at 3:30pm, the doors will close once the procession starts, latecomers won't be allowed in until the procession is finished. Please arrive before 3:15 to be sure you don't miss the ceremony! Cocktail hour and reception to follow. Reception is held in the Reception Hall nearest to the parking lot. Last call for open bar is at 8:15pm and the reception ends at 9:00pm. Unfortunately, Our venue does not allow overnight parking and violators will be towed. Please plan accordingly. We suggest having a designated drive or asking a sober friend or family member to drive you and your car back to your place of stay. Ubers cannot be ordered on the spot at our venue because of the mountain location. All ubers/lyfts must be PREORDERED.
