What is the dresscode?

Answer

We want our guests to be comfortable! something between casual and formal! please keep in mind it will be the middle of Summer, and is likely to be pretty warm outside, so be sure to check the weather and wear something cool and comfortable!

How Late will the party go?

Answer

We have the Venue all day, drinks will no longer be served after 9pm and music has to stop by 11! We are anticipating 7:30pm or sooner for the send off, however please stay for as long or as little as you would like, we will be happy to celebrate with you either way!

Are masks/Covid-19 Vaccines required in order to attend?

Answer

We will leave the choice up to you! As of right now, we will not be requiring that our guests be vaccinated, or wear a mask as the wedding is outdoors and our venue does not have those requirements. However, We cannot predict what mandates the State of Oregon will have in place at that time, so we will have to follow whatever requirements may be put in place, if we have to!

Where should gifts be shipped to?

Answer

If you order from the registry here on Zola, it should ship to our address in California! If you are getting your gift from another source, bring it with you to the event or reach out to one of us for our shipping address!

If I am mailing a gift to you, when should I ship it?

Answer

We will be leaving for our honeymoon the day after the wedding (07/17) and won't be returning to California until 07/27, so if gifts could be mailed by 07/7 so that Jake can intercept them before he leaves for OR on 07/13, that would be the most helpful for us.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Jake and I both love kids and don't feel that it is fair to have a flower girl but not allow other children to attend! If it is easier for you to bring your kids then we would love for them to be a part of the party, but we also understand the difficulties of bringing kids to a wedding. The choice is entirely up to you!

Is this a BYOB event?

Answer

It is not. our wonderful venue has a great selection of their own wine and favorite beers. We will be using their selection/ bar staff for the alcohol selection/bar.
