What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

Shuttles will pick up guests from the Scott Resort, Hotel Adeline, and the DoubleTree Resort at 3:15 PM on Thursday. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, please walk across the street to the Scott Resort to catch the shuttle. For the return trip from the wedding venue, there are two shuttle departure times: one at 9:00 PM and another at 11:00 PM when the party ends.

Can we park at the venue?

Answer

You are welcome to drive or Uber to the venue, however, we are not allowed to leave vehicles parked at the venue overnight. Therefore, you will need to be able to remove your car as you leave the night of the wedding. Shuttles will take guests to and from the venue if you choose to utilize them.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your children, we have chosen to make our special day adults only to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Thank you for understanding!

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

No, the ceremony will be indoors, however, happy hour will be outdoors with the option to go inside to sit down. Please plan & dress accordingly for the weather.

Are there room blocks at the hotels suggested?

Answer

No, there are not room blocks at any of the hotels. They are only suggestions and locations that our shuttles will pick up from, to take guests to the venue.

Question

Should we bring gifts given it is a destination wedding?

Answer

This is up to you. Please do not feel obligated to bring anything with you given you will be traveling with luggage. Your attendance is a gift in itself.

Can we stay at hotels closer to the venue?

Answer

Of course, however, we will not have shuttles to and from those hotels. You will be in charge of finding your own ride to and from the venue if you do not choose to drive yourself.

Question

Are there any other wedding events throughout the weekend we should be aware of?

Answer

There are no scheduled events after the wedding. We will most likely be celebrating further in Old Town on the 25th, but if you do not choose to participate, the weekend is all yours!
