Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens
Phipps Conservatory has many beautiful gardens. We explored the conservatory with a couple of our sisters and Sierra's mom while we were dating.
Frick Park
Frick Park is a Pittsburgh staple. There are many things to enjoy in Frick Park, including hiking trails, pickleball courts, a garden, and the infamous Blue Slide Park. This is where Michael destroys Sierra in pickleball.
Dobrá Tea Pittsburgh
This is one of our favorite date locations. They have over one hundred different teas to choose from. It is the perfect spot for slow afternoons and long conversations.
Jean-Marc Chatellier's French Bakery
This French bakery is phenomenal. We love getting pastries there, especially their Kouign-Amann (pronounced "Queen A-mahn") - it will change your life. The bakery is only open on Fridays and Saturdays and sells out quickly. We recommend going first thing in the morning.
Duquesne Incline to Mount Washington
This historic incline takes you up Mount Washington. At the top, there are many overlooks to get a good view of the city. It is especially beautiful at night. This is where Michael proposed. :)
