Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love children and are so happy to celebrate with the little ones who are included on the invitation. While we wish we could extend the invitation to all of our guests’ children, we have decided to keep it to immediate family plus our flower girl. Exception: *If a parent that needs to bring their baby that can be seated on their lap under the age of 2 is acceptable. Although, we do recommend getting a sitter and dancing the night away with us!* 😉💃

Is there transportation to the ceremony and back to the hotel from the reception?

Answer

Yes transportation will be provided for our guests staying at Pocono Inn & Banquet. Check back on the website for additional information closer to the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony starts promptly at 5p.m. We recommend getting there between 4:30-4:45 to find parking and seating. Guests staying at our group rate hotel will have transportation provided if needed. See information on which hotel under “travel”.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have a group rate at the Pocono Inn & Banquet under Grisewood-Gummerson Wedding for Saturday, October 11th! Check under “Travel” for further information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking available at the Ridgecrest location.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP just mention the allergy under the allergy section and we can accommodate the request with our venue as long as we give them advanced notice.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible or by August 16th to make it easier for us on a head count for seating and meals. Thank you!

Is cocktail hour and the reception an open bar?

Does a bear shit in the woods? Of course! They will have beer, wine, liquor and non alcoholic options available!

The hotel bar at Pocono Inn & Banquet is open until 1a.m. for anyone that is staying there and wants to continue the party!
