Hotel
This is the main wedding hotel- this is where the shuttle will pick up and drop off, as well as the late night after-party after the reception. We have a block book here for the weekend of the wedding- if the block fills up, let us know, and we will try to expand it. Use the link below to get access to our negotiated rate.
Hotel
We've arranged for a second (slightly cheaper) hotel with an additional room block. This hotel is a ~5 minute walk from the main hotel, but the shuttle will not be making a stop here. Use the link below to gain access to the negotiated rate.
Travel Note
There are a wide variety of hotels in Downtown. You may be able to secure a better rate than our negotiated rates depending on your status and hotel preferences, and we encourage you to do so if that's your jam! However, a word of warning- looking at a map, it may be tempting to stay in the "Days Inn" or "Travelodge" in eastern Lakewood, near Clifton Avenue and W117th street. Don't. They are not hotels we recommend. Aside from that, there are also hotels in Rocky River and Westlake that may be options for you. With that said, those hotels will definitely require you to have your own transportation, as cabs are not common that far out, and ride shares can be spotty depending on the time of day/night.
Flight
Cleveland has one major airport serving commercial flights- Cleveland Hopkins (CLE). CLE is served by a number of major carriers (United, Delta, American, Southwest, JetBlue, Frontier and Sprit) with direct flights to other major hubs. Those of you coming from smaller markets may need to 1-hop it. One word of warning- JetBlue sometimes cancels the last flight of the day from BOS to CLE- it's gotten me more than once, which isn't great. If you're committed to flying JetBlue, don't book the last flight of the day into Cleveland :)
Rental Car
There is an off-site rental car site for those of you arriving at CLE. A shuttle will pick you up from the airport and deliver you to the rental car property. NOTE: A rental car will not necessarily be required for this weekend.
Train
The Cleveland Airport is served by the Red Line, which is a heavy rail train that runs from the airport to the east side of Cleveland. If you decide to take the train, it will be a roughly 15-20 minute walk from the downtown train stop (tower city) to the wedding hotel(s). This is a great budget option, but if you're arriving with luggage, it'll probably be a better idea to take a taxi or a rideshare.
Train
Amtrak does stop in Cleveland, but the times are not super convenient. Typically, a westbound train will arrive around ~3-4 AM, and the Eastbound train will arrive a little bit later, between 5-6 AM. The Amtrak station does have a taxi stand, but a ride share may be difficult to get that early in the morning.
