There is a block of 10 rooms at the Staybridge Suites, 906-225-9901. 7 @ King Studio Suite (king bed, full pull-out bed; sleeps up to 3) $149 + tax 3 @ Queen1-Bedroom Suite (2 queen beds, full pull-out bed; sleeps up to 5) $169 + tax Guests can book 1 or 2 nights (November 19, 20). More rooms can be added to the block if more are needed per hotel availability (all 10 booked). The block is held NOW–September 19. After September 19, no holds...no special rate.

The Hampton offer: 10 rooms with a combination of the following King, lake view $174 Queen/Queen, lake view $174 King, non-lake view $164 Queen/Queen, non-lake view $164 It is Hampton's policy to extend the dates as a convenience to the guests, The block rate is available November 18--November 22. The cut-off date is October 18 (rooms not booked by then will be put back into hotel inventory).
