Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, then we would prefer that it was just you, due to limited seating at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the Hotel at Batavia Downs and the venue (Genesee Country Village & Museum)?

Answer

Yes, there will be! Please see the "Travel" page of the website to find shuttle times.

Question

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

As soon as possible. Obviously you have time, but with the limit availability to our room block, it's highly recommended that you book sooner rather than later.

Question

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We love that you share our level of excitement, but no. We ask that during the ceremony you please refrain from using your phone. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony and you'll be able to access all those photos shortly thereafter!
