What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm, please arrive no later than 3:30pm to ensure you don't miss the ceremony

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate the special day surrounded by our closets family and friends. Only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out to Madison or Griffin.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. While we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adult only celebration, with the exception of our immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal garden party! Please see the dress code tab for more info/inspiration.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras our during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos! We promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Where do we park?

Answer

Metered parking is available in the adjacent lot and street parking surrounding the venue for $1.50 per hour from 9:00am until 10:00pm seven days a week. Complimentary parking walking distance to Ole Hanson Beach Club is available in residential areas on Calle Las Bolas, Calle Sacramento, and Avenida Hacienda, but is limited and guests must adhere to all city postings.

When is the deadline to RSVP

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st. If you do not RSVP by May 1st, you will be marked as "not attending".

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not attend our wedding, please indicate "not attending" on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you need to change your RSVP please message Maddie or Griffin

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outside, but there is an indoor area for dancing.

Will there be a open bar?

Answer

YES! The drinks are on us, however the hangover is on you!
