Enjoy some lunch and drinks with a beautiful view of the Sequoias.
One of our favorite hikes. Walk through trees and along side a river until you get to a stunning waterfall. This is an intermediate hike that may work up a sweat! Keep in mind this hike will take you about 2.5-3 hours depending on breaks/picture taking.
Great place to relax, have a picnic, and enjoy the views. Maybe you will get lucky and see some wildlife!
Seeing the General Sherman Tree is a quick 10 minute walk. This is the largest tree in Sequoia.
What goes down must come up... there are a lot of stairs. This cave might be closed, so check before driving there! Plan about 2 hours to view the cave plus 30 minutes each way to drive the road. 1.5 miles of walking.
If you don't want to hike but would like to learn more about the National Forest, enjoy this museum!
A short hike from the Giant Forest Museum, a flat expanse of granite with wide views!
Easy access from the parking lot without having to hike takes you to a beautiful meadow! There is also Tharp's log in the meadow loop which was used as shelter by early pioneers.
A concrete and stone stairway leads over 350 steps to the top of Moro Rock. Great views!
