Please RSVP no later than May 1st. We would like to give ourselves time to plan out our menu, rentals, and seating chart so this would be so helpful to get your RSVP in sooner rather than later :)
Hotel Ballard is located in the same space as the venue. We will not be providing transportation to other lodging options.
Please wear something you feel comfortable in for a night on the rooftop. Seattle evenings can be chilly so watch the forecast and pack accordingly. After dinner we plan to close out the evening by dancing our asses off so make sure to wear something you can move and shake in.
The dining at our wedding will be family style dining. We will try our best to have allergy/special diet friendly options for our guests. Our event coordinator, servers, and venue coordinator will be circulating the venue during dinner. If you have specific diet requirements that are not being met by the options offered, please let them know and they can speak with the restaurant that is on the main floor of the venue to assure that you do not go hungry. Please reach out to us if you have further questions or requests regarding food options.
The venue has a very small parking garage that is available for guests. Ballard also has a few PayByPhone parking lots/street parking. We recommend not driving to the venue because parking in Ballard on a Saturday night can be a pain in the rear. Paying for an uber will likely save you money, and get you home in a safer manner.
We would love for you to join the welcome party Friday night at Old Stove Brewing Co-Gardens (in Ballard). It is a family friendly space so please bring the kiddos too. This will be a very casual event so wear whatever you are comfortable in. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone.
