Question

What COVID/Safety protocols will be in place during the wedding and reception?

Answer

Upon arrival, we will be asking each guest to provide proof of COVID vaccination or a negative PCR or Rapid Test (result less than 24 hours old) in order to participate in our ceremonies. Please have either print or digital records available for a smooth check-in. The Whiteface Lodge also asks all individuals who are not vaccinated to please wear masks while on the premises. On behalf of our friends, family and beloved son Beauden, we thank you for celebrating with us safely.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please visit our Travel & Accommodations page for more information on our hotel block. Guests are also encouraged to book at the Whiteface Lodge for ease of travel.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we encourage our guests to dress with a standard 'black-tie optional' event in mind.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones — they're welcome to join us. However, if you'd like the night off, the White Face Lodge offers on-site babysitting services to make that a reality. Please reach out for more details.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation from our reception at the Clubhouse Pavilion at Whiteface Lodge to the hotels listed on our travel page throughout the evening. Should you need transportation to another location in town, please let the driver know.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please note any food allergies on your RSVP card and notify your server once seated.
