Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Everything will be taking place at Darby Farms in Dade City Florida.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Expect to be walking on grass and gravel, so please plan accordingly. Our reception will be held indoors in the same location.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 to 15 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated and present on time.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

In order to help keep our day special and intimate, we have limited our head count. If you were given a plus one, it will be indicated on the invite mailed to you. If your invite does not include a plus one, be prepared to socialize :)

Will I be allowed to take photos and videos?

Answer

We will be having a fully unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones. We would like everyone to be present in the moment, so please sit back, relax, and let our skilled photographers handle the rest. During the reception, we will also have a home video camera where you can record anything you'd like us to remember.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Ample parking will be provided at the venue, along with a shuttle from the parking lot to the ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. An open bar will be provided from cocktail hour until 30 minutes before the end of our event.

Will there be an afterparty?

Answer

We don't get enough sleep as it is, so we will be enjoying our happily ever after at home after the event.
