Food & Drinks We have full catering for the weekend, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food package is $125 per person, and we highly recommend everyone joins in as there isnt really anything else close by and it is a requirement that you get the meal package if you are staying.This is another great way for everyone to connect! Please advise us of any dietary requirements when you RSVP. Arrival Dinner (Tuesday): BBQ buffet on the Lodge House deck from 6:00 PM. Expect rump steak, honey-soy marinated chicken drumsticks, BBQ beef sausages, coleslaw, fresh green salad, dinner rolls, and plenty of condiments. Midginbil Hill will accommodate vegetarians and special diets if pre-advised. Buffet Breakfast (Wednesday & Thursday): A BBQ breakfast on the Lodge House sundeck from 8 AM – 10 AM. Includes cereals, toast and jams, fresh fruit, smoky bacon, free-range eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, juice, and coffee/tea. Wednesday Lunch: A light meal served from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. Fresh bread rolls and wraps with prosciutto, ham, cheese, corned beef, salads, and condiments. Wedding Reception Dinner: Provided by us—something heavy and something light to keep you going all night! Drinks: Plenty of drinks will be provided on the big day, but BYO alcohol for Tuesday night’s BBQ. Most of our guests love a sip, so play it safe and pack extra—the bottlo isn't nearby! Bring eskies to keep your drinks cold (if flying, don’t worry, there’s a cool room onsite).
ACCOMODATION

We’ve chosen this venue so we can spend quality time with everyone in a relaxed atmosphere. All accommodation bookings must go through Jemma & Greg—not the venue. Once you RSVP, we will contact you to arrange your stay. Accommodation Options: Glamping: Limited luxury tents with a queen bed, ensuite, and stunning valley views. A short but steep 50m walk to reach them. Bell Tents: 10 stylish tents with a double bed, sharing amenities with campers. The Lodge: Motel-style rooms next to the Lodge House. Includes 2 queen rooms and 6 family rooms (1 king, 4 singles), all with ensuite bathrooms. Bunkhouse (Queen bed + 2 bunk beds) - Each has an ensuite. Unpowered Campsites: A scenic campground with fireplaces, toilets, hot showers, and laundry. Campervans and caravans welcome. Offsite Option – The Bushranger Motel: 500m away, with six couple rooms and one cabin. Extra cost applies.
