Accommodation (Per Person for 2 Nights) Prices vary depending on what guests choose: Deluxe Glamping Tent (2 ppl) – $230 per person (Bridal Party) Rose Manor Cottage (2 ppl) – $230 per person (Bride & Groom) Lodge Room (2 ppl) – $160 per person Bunkhouse Room (2 ppl) – $160 per person Bell Tent (2 ppl) – $150 per person Unpowered Camping – $60 per adult Extra guests in rooms: +$120 per adult Food (Per Person for 4 Meals outside of wedding hours) Adults: $125 TOTAL Estimated Total Per Person (Accommodation + Food for 2 Nights) Glamping Tent / Rose Manor Cottage → $355 per adult Lodge Room / Bunkhouse Room → $285 per adult Bell Tent → $275 per adult Camping → $185 per adult

How do we book?
Answer
Once RSVP'd, we’ll finalise room arrangements and confirm with you. Then total costs must be transferred to us before the event. I will let you know your total cost once we have discussed room allocations.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but we’d prefer this to be a kid-free weekend so everyone can fully relax. So it will be a no for this occasion, we appreciate your understanding!

What’s the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail/ semi formal attire for the wedding, casual for the rest of the weekend.

Due to venue capacity, RSVPs are limited to invited guests only.

Can I bring my own food?
Answer
All meals are catered, but feel free to bring snacks. The food package is required for all guests staying onsite.

Are there powered campsites?
Answer
No, but all essentials are available at the Lodge House.

Can we choose our rooms?
Answer
Glamping tents and Lodge rooms are reserved for family, elders, and the bridal party. Other accommodations are allocated first come, first served and we will discuss this with you.

Gifts?
Answer
We truly appreciate the time, effort, and expense that comes with joining us for our special day, and we don’t expect any gifts. Having you celebrate with us is more than enough! However, if you would like to contribute, a wishing well will be available on the day. We are so honoured to have you celebrate with us. x
