This topic is debatable! We share mutual friends and everyone is convinced that we attended the same parties and gatherings over a long period of time... although no photographic evidence of us together has ever been produced. Neither of us can pin-point the first time we met! Fast forward to June 2015, and we were invited (as singles) to the wedding of our close friends. At the wedding, I tried to spark a conversation with him and that fell flat...wah wah! (There is actually photographic evidence of me leaning in to talk to him.) The day after, we all attended a Giants game, and I moved rows to sit closer to him. After the game, he asked for my phone number. Our first date was at Baker Beach in San Francisco to watch the sunset, and the rest is history.

On November 5, 2019 (the last night of an epic Hawaiian adventure) we enjoyed a delicious dinner at a famous restaurant on Maui called Mama's. After sharing the most decadent dessert, we went to the beach in front of Mama's for an elaborate ruse...he asked me to film him making a Yelp review of Mama's. It was a short restaurant review, because he soon got down on one knee, (said he talked to my parents to ask for their blessings), shared his heartfelt love and then popped the question. There was no hesitation...it was a big "Yes!" Not only did we experience this incredible moment, but we have it on film!

Fun facts about our fur baby, Honey Bee: She's the love of our life; she only drinks water when it's mixed with her food or on the cement outside; she loves to be alone unless everyone is asleep; she has had over 20 teeth pulled; she roamed the streets of Stockton until she was saved by Wonder Dog Rescue...and eventually Sharal.
