Wedding Party

Wedding party? Or wedding partayyy? We asked each of our wedding party members six questions for you to get to know them: 1. How do you know the bride and/or groom? 2. What’s your favorite memory with the bride and/or groom? 3. In only 3 words, how would you describe yourself? 4. What do you love most about weddings? 5. What do you hate most about weddings? 6. Any advice for the bride and groom? Let's see what they said...

Grace Fritsch

Maid of Honor

1. The bride is my sister 2. Beating both the bride and groom in the Turkey Trot 3. Creative, goofy, nerdy 4. Dancing at the reception 5. Nothing! I just love them 6. Don't do drugs, don't bully, and don't jump off a bridge just because your friend does

Chris Renaud

Best Man

1. While we were all from different classes at Bucknell, Catholic Campus Ministries brought us together. Greg and Rebecca quickly became, and remain almost 7 years later, two of my closest friends. 2. Before we knew each other well, Greg and I made an impromptu stop to “Townie T” on Cinco de Mayo. We chilled there for hours, talking about everything and nothing (and drinking Coronas, of course). It was the first time I realized that we were going to become best friends. 3. Genius. Hilarious. Humble. 4. The fact that Greg hates weddings. 5. Best man speeches that are less than 20 pages long. 6. Greg, never criticize Rebecca’s choices. You’re one of them. Rebecca, you can always distract Greg from an argument with some sports trivia. Keep plenty of questions handy.

Sarah Tresky

Matron of Honor

1. Favorite sister/former roommate of the bride 2. Probably our many baking/dance parties in the kitchen together that usually resulted in laughing until our stomachs hurt. (or was that from eating too much cookie dough..?) 3. Amazing, beautiful, humble 4. The couple's faces as they walk back down the aisle after being officially married! 5. Waiting for the food 6. Each of you should always assume you'll be giving 60% to your marriage instead of assuming things will be 50/50. Also, hangry is a bad place to be; make sure you keep each other well fed.

Brian Lynch

Groomsman

1. I had the pleasure of being Greg's roommate for a year in college. We shared a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom wall, so we got to know each other pretty well. I always knew when someone on Greg's sports teams made a good play, bad play...or was just standing on the field. Rebecca clung to me from the moment she got to Bucknell. She knew I was cool so she always wanted to hang out with me 2. One weekend when we were all tubing with a few other friends, Greg & Rebecca competed to see who could drink the most lime-a-ritas while we were on the water. I think Greg won... 3. thebomb.com 4. Seeing great friends that I only ever see at weddings. 5. All songs that are played with instructions as lyrics. 6. Move to Lancaster so we can hang out more!

Elizabeth Stevenson

Bridesmaid

1. I am the groom’s younger (and most amazing) sister 2. Trivia nights, escape rooms, hanging out by the pool, amazing vacations, and so much more! Most recently was when they invited me to crash their long weekend trip to Shenandoah National Park. We spent a phenomenal 3 days hiking across the mountains & exploring the local breweries & wine bars with our trusty puppy tour guide 3. Compassionate, Loyal, Responsible 4. Being able to come together & fully celebrate the couple. Plus seeing everyone's amazing (or terrible) dance moves! 5. Forgetting to eat the entire day! The key is having all of your pockets filled with snacks so that you don’t get hangry 6. Don't forget to have fun! Make sure to laugh together at least once a day, every day & find reasons to enjoy yourselves together

Joe Lundeen

Groomsman

1. I know both of these wonderful people from our years and Bucknell. 2. Many of my best moments with Greg were had under circumstances non-conducive to forming memories.....Of the few that survived, my favorite is by far the original Guy's Weekend. My time with Rebecca is much less hazy, making it hard to choose a favorite. If I had to pick one, it would be her amazing speech at Bucknell's Scholarship Day. 3. One classy scientist. 4. Celebrating with people I care about. 5. The hangover in the morning. Tied closely with saying goodbye. 6. Stay awesome forever.

Jackie Carosotto

Bridesmaid

1. I went to Bucknell with both Greg & Rebecca & we've been friends ever since 2. My favorite memory with Rebecca is when we sang together at an open mic night during our senior year. I was absolutely terrified by the idea of singing in public, but I knew everything would be ok. My favorite memories with Greg revolve around Bucknell basketball games. He was the leader of the Sojka Psychos & would always make his presence known in the front row of the student section - taunting the opposing team, starting a chant, or arguing with the refs 3. Caring, hardworking, tall 4. I love that they're dedicated to celebrating love & happiness, all while being surrounded by family & friends 5. When the party comes to an end 6. No advice needed… wishing you a lifetime filled with love and happiness

Ajan Caneda

Groomsman

1. I met both Greg and Rebecca at Bucknell. Greg and I bonded over basketball. Rebecca and I were part of CCM. 2. With Greg, celebrating Bucknell’s 2013 Patriot League Championship at Sojka Pavilion. Defeating him in pickup basketball and March Madness bracket challenges. With Rebecca, hanging out at Newman House, the Gateway and CCM events & taking awkward pictures of her 3. Loyal Sports Fan 4. Seeing two people express their love for one another and commit to a marriage full of love and happiness 5. People crying and getting emotional 6. No matter what happens in your marriage, never forget the little moments. Always remember to laugh, smile & cherish the times you're together. It’s a gift from God to find someone who truly understands you

Kiki Stevenson

Bridesmaid

1. I'm the groom’s older sister 2. Our family holiday traveling the Pacific NW on a mission to get the perfect engagement photo. As an experienced art producer, it was my personal mission to get the most from the happy couple - forcing them to feel all the feels & assume all romantic positions. You’d think the bride would be picky but Greg is the true diva when it comes to wardrobe 3. Passionate, Outgoing, Honest 4. They bring people from all parts of the couple’s life together to celebrate & love them! 5. Being short & wearing heels. Best feeling is to kick them off to dance! 6. As long as you love & respect each other, never apologise for who you are or compare your relationship to others. It's your life, so live & love as best you know how! And Greg, don’t pee on the toilet seat!

Ben Sunshine

Groomsman

1. I first met the bride and groom during my senior year at Bucknell in 2013 and we've been friends ever since. We all had Chris Renaud (Best Man) as a mutual friend 2. Celebrating the Bucknell Men's Basketball victory in the 2013 Patriot League Championship by storming the court. We did not get trampled! 3. patient, punctual, indescribable 4. The wedding processional 5. Dressing up 6. Don't compare your relationship to others...except to Kimye
