While this Traverse City airport is the closest to our venue (Ciccone Vineyard & Winery) and most hotels, other options include flying to Grand Rapids or Detroit and then using a rental car to take a 2-hour or 4-hour road trip (respectively) to the area.

Getting Around (Requires Advance Planning)!

Uber and Lyft are scarce in Traverse City! We will provide a shuttle to and from the venue on Saturday, but it will only make stops at our two Traverse City hotels and the venue itself. Moreover, unfortunately we are not able to provide transportation for the Friday and Sunday events. Therefore, we recommend renting a car, carpooling with those who have cars, or making other transportation arrangements ahead of time. Local cab companies include Traverse City Taxi at (231) 944-8325 or MyTaxi at (231) 409-5776. Best Western Plus Traverse City

We have a small block of rooms available at the Best Western in Traverse City. To take part in the block, guests must be staying both Friday and Saturday evening and book their reservation by June 14th, 2023. Rooms can be booked by calling the hotel directly at 231.778.7000 and mentioning the Greg & Miriam wedding block. There will be a shuttle to bring guests to and from our venue on Saturday!

We have an additional block of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Traverse City! Please note, to take part in this block, your room must be booked on or before June 25, 2023. While we do not have blocks at other hotels, many in the area come highly recommended! For those looking for more upscale and luxurious accommodations, hotels such as Delamar Traverse City and Hotel Indigo Traverse City may fit your needs. If you would prefer a more cozy and rustic option, The Anchor Inn has lakeside cottages near our wedding venue. For "van lifers" and wilderness lovers, there are also several camping options nearby. Please note: hotels in Traverse City can fill up quickly during the summertime. We encourage you to make lodging arrangements early!
