Seating opens at 3:30pm. Ceremony starts at 4pm. There will be a shuttle escorting guests to the Chateau at 3:30 PM and 3:40PM from the winery parking lot. If you're getting picked up at the Ashland Springs Hotel or the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashland, you will be dropped off at the Chateau for the ceremony. A shuttle will pickup guests from the Ashland Springs Hotel (3:00pm arrival for a 3:10pm departure) and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashland (3:20pm arrival for 3:25pm departure).

Yes, feel free to park in the main lot at the winery.
No, the ceremony will take place at the Chateau and the reception will take place at the winery. Both are located on Belle Fiore's property, however, they are a 5 minute drive apart. There is no parking at the ceremony site. You must be dropped off by our shuttle or your ride service. If driving to the venue, please park in the main winery parking lot. Address: 100 Belle Fiore Lane, Ashland, OR 97520. A shuttle will depart the winery for the ceremony at the Chateau at 3:30PM and 3:40PM. It is a 5 minute ride to the ceremony site.
