Join us for our welcome party at a local favorite, The Phoodery! Enjoy a variety of food trucks, Oregon beer, and craft cocktails. We’ll have a private rooftop space reserved for our event.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, Texas best, and jackets and slacks.
Seating opens at 3:30 PM, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:00 PM. Before the ceremony, please enjoy a glass of Belle Fiore wine or lavender lemonade, as you mingle and take in the beauty of the Chateau. If you are driving, kindly park in the main winery parking lot: 100 Belle Fiore Lane, Ashland, OR 97520. Shuttles will depart from the winery to the Chateau at 3:30PM and 3:40PM. If you are taking an Uber or Lyft, use the same address but instead of turning right on the paved road, take the left dirt road up to the Chateau. The ride to the ceremony site is approximately 5 minutes. Following the ceremony, shuttles will transport all guests back to the winery for the reception.

Swing by the McAlister house (Kya’s parents!) for a relaxed brunch, drinks, and some friendly pickleball and cornhole. Come hungry and ready to hang out one last time!
