This airport is the closest to us. Maryland Transportation Authority has a shuttle bus that goes right to the Gaithersburg park and ride for $5.00 from the baggage claim. https://www.bwiairport.com/to-from-bwi/transportation/transit/mta-icc-bus. You can order Uber or Lyft once you get to the park and ride.
