We have a 20 room block (first come, first serve) at the SpringHill Suites Old Montreal. The rooms have a two day minimum stay (one day mandatory prepaid at time of reservation). Parking is available for an additional $36/day. The hotel is a 1-2 minute walk from the reception venue. *Note that Spring Hill Suites link only works while selecting Friday and Saturday. 6 minute walk to the chapel (0.25 miles/400m) 10 minute walk to the Auberge Saint-Gabriel (0.40 miles/650m) We have a 10 room block (use link provided) for reservations made from Friday, October 4th until Sunday, October 6th (2 nights). If available, the same rate applies to the day before (Thursday) and the day after (Sunday). Suites include a separate bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room area. $259/night for up to two guests and $309/night for up to 4 guests. The room includes a breakfast buffet and snacks/drinks from 5-7 PM daily.

VIA Rail

Train tickets from Ottawa (200 Tremblay Road) to Montreal (895 de la Gauchetiere West) cost under 100$ CAD for a single ticket. The Montreal Station is located near the venue and is a great cost-effective travel method.

Flight

Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport

Montréal–Trudeau International Airport is the closest destination airport to the event and only a 20 minute commute via car to Old Montréal. Please note that traveling between the US and Canada requires a passport. Please make sure your passport has not expired before booking travel arrangements.
