Smart casual - think a nice dinner out. We will be enjoying the evening on the large outdoor patio overlooking the water so bring a jacket if needed.
Join us for a cocktail party to kick off the wedding weekend! Stay as little or as long as you'd like. We can’t wait to welcome all of you to start the celebrations! We will be serving hors d'oeuvres, wine, and beer (other drinks available at cash bar). If you would like to grab dinner before or after there are plenty of great restaurants around the village. The restaurant is located on the water a short walk from the Marriott and is a 5 minute drive for guests staying at the Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn.

Wedding Day - Ceremony and Reception

Black-tie optional - We would love for our guests to enjoy this opportunity to dress up! Tuxes and long dresses/gowns are preferred but not required. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Women should wear a floor length or tea length dress. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside so you may want to bring a jacket or wrap depending on weather.
Exchanging of vows overlooking the mountains followed by an outdoor cocktail hour, dinner inside the brand new Willow Barn, and dancing the night away. Don't forget to head over to the bonfire for some s'mores in the evening. We will be providing shuttles for our guests between Lake George and The Promise Gardens - there will be one pick up and one drop off at each hotel (the Marriott, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn) so please be there at the designated times listed below. Shuttle Pickup: 2:30 - Shuttles Arrive at Comfort Inn 2:40 - Depart for Hampton Inn 2:50 - Shuttles arrive at Hampton Inn 3:00 - Depart for Courtyard Marriott 3:10 - Shuttles arrive at Courtyard Marriott 3:20 - Depart for Promise Gardens All shuttles will be departing the venue at 10 pm and doing drop-offs at the following locations (in order): 1. Courtyard Marriott 2. Playland Arcade (drop off for After Party at Lake George Beach Club) 3. Hampton Inn & Suites 4. Comfort Inn & Suites

After the reception the newlyweds would love for you to join them to continue the party and close out the evening enjoying some live music. We have reserved the downstairs area for our guests where we will be providing late night food. There will also be a private cash bar available. A live local band will be playing in the upstairs bar area that’s open to the public. If you are coming to the after party but not staying within walking distance there is plenty of places to park your car nearby.
