Here you will find information on flights, hotels, and other travel information. If you would prefer to stay elsewhere, feel free to do so. Aruba is only a 21 mile island. Taxis are very easy to call to get you where you need to be, and are usually just a few dollars. There are also many nice Airbnbs in the area too! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Aruba requires an "ED" card to enter the country. Please make sure to complete this form online a few days prior to your arrival. Most airlines will provide you with the link and require you to upload the completed form when checking into your flight. There is a small fee when completing the form - it is not a scam, you NEED this to enter the country!

Queen Beatrix International Airport (Aruba Airport)

The Aruba airport is 20 minutes from where the wedding is being held. There are plenty of taxis waiting outside that will take you from the airport to your hotel when you arrive. It's usually a $30-40 taxi ride to/from the airport. If you choose an all inclusive option at a resort, airport transportation is typically included.

Travel Note

Aruba Airport Lines on Saturdays

Saturdays are the busiest travel days at the Aruban Airport. It could take up to 3 hours to get through customs when arriving or leaving on a Saturday. Please plan accordingly! Other days of the week are typically not as busy.

We will be staying at the Radisson and we encourage you to stay with us here! The Radisson is located right behind the Holiday Inn. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, the beach, and is in walking distance to many great bars and restaurants!! The Radisson offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites. Holiday Inn Resort Aruba-Beach Resort & Casino

This is where the wedding will take place on Sunday, October 12th, 2025. Beachfront and in walking distance to many great bars and restaurants! The Holiday Inn is a bit more expensive than the Radisson. In addition, this hotel offers an all-inclusive rate which is optional for guests.

Airbnb

There are many nice Airbnbs in the area if you would prefer to stay in a house or condo; many are in walking distance to the Holiday Inn, where the wedding is taking place. We recommend staying within the Palm Beach area. Please note: if you choose to stay in a hotel or Airbnb further away from the Holiday Inn / Radisson Hotel, please account for transportation to the venue the day of the wedding.
