Question

Do I need a passport to travel to Aruba?

Answer

Yes! Please note: Passports must not expire within 6 months of your travel dates

Question

What currency does Aruba use?

Answer

American dollars

Question

What is the Aruba "ED" card? Do I need this? When do I complete the form?

Answer

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Aruba requires an "ED" card to enter the country. Please make sure to complete this form online a few days prior to your arrival. Most airlines will provide you with the link and require you to upload the completed form when checking into your flight. There is a small fee when completing the form - it is not a scam, you NEED this to enter the country!

Question

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

Sunday October 12, 2025 5:30 - 6:00 pm - Ceremony 6:30 - 10:00 - Reception 10:00 onwards - After party at MooMba Beach Bar

Question

What is the wedding day attire?

Answer

Beach Formal! Think elegant beach vibes: Women - Nice sundress, breezy maxi dress, high quality romper Sand friendly shoes - nice sandals and/or small wedges are recommended, but please avoid standard/rubber beachwear flip flops! Note: The ceremony is taking place on the beach, so tall skinny heels may be difficult to walk in! Men - light suits, smart linen, khaki pants. Please avoid wearing a white shirt on its own - a white shirt is perfectly fine if worn under a jacket or suit. Short sleeve button down is acceptable! No white, denim, cargo, cotton t-shirts, or swim shorts - thanks!

Question

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! At the Radisson Blu Aruba Hotel, less than a 5 minute walk to the Holiday Inn where the wedding will take place (just have to cut through a parking lot!) Here is the link to take advantage of the room block discounted rates: https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/iy40d6

Question

Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Answer

No, there will be a room block at the Radisson located right behind the venue (less than a 5 minute walk) and we hope you choose to stay with us there! If you choose to stay elsewhere, please plan to call a taxi to get to the venue the day of the wedding.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather will be in the 80s and sunny every day. It rarely rains (knock on wood!), and tends to be windy most days. Make sure you pack sunscreen!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for the wedding to be outdoors, on the beach and pool deck. If there is inclement weather, we will move indoors.

Question

Do I need a special plug adaptor to charge my electronics?

Answer

Nope! You can bring your normal US plug

Question

Do I need to get a rental car?

Answer

Rental cars are available on the island, however, they aren't totally needed. Taxis are very easy to come by and are usually only a few dollars to get you where you need to be. If you are staying in the Palm Beach area, the venue, restaurants, and bars are in walking distance.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

This is an adults only event
