Please let us know your plans on the "RSVP" page of this website by Saturday, July 25th
Due to the capacity of our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation envelope. If your invitation says “and Guest”, you are welcome to bring a plus-one! We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our celebration intimate.
While we love all of your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We hope you can use this as an excuse for a well-deserved date night!
Check out the "Travel" page here on the website for information on the two hotel blocks we have reserved for our guests. However, if you prefer to stay in an Airbnb or other accommodation, feel free to book whenever you like! Nashville has tons of great options throughout the city.
We can’t wait to see you all dressed up with us! The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail Attire. If you, like us, are confused by wedding dress codes, check out this helpful article: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364 For ladies: Think party-ready! A knee-length, midi, or maxi dress, or a suit or dressy jumpsuit. Please avoid white :) For men: A suit and tie are preferred. A suit without a tie or a sport coat with dress slacks also works great. A note on footwear: Since our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting), there will be some grass and gravel underfoot. Block heels, wedges, or flats may be your friends!
The dress code is Snappy Casual! Think fun, stylish, and relaxed—no stuffy business casual required. We want you to be comfortable, but please skip the athletic wear or ripped denim. For inspiration: casual dresses, fun matching sets, polo shirts, or a nice button-down with clean jeans or chinos are perfect.
To help us stay on schedule, we kindly ask that guests arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to the invitation start time. This ensures everyone has plenty of time to find a seat and get settled before the processional begins.
There is plenty of free parking available on-site at Hermitage Golf Course. However, we want everyone to celebrate safely, so we highly encourage using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft if you plan on enjoying the bar. If you do end up driving but would prefer to hitch a ride home, the venue allows cars to be left overnight—just please ensure they are picked up the following morning!
Late summer in Nashville is beautiful but can be a bit unpredictable! Days are usually warm and sunny (highs in the mid-80s) and evenings cool down into the low 60s. Please keep in mind that portions of our wedding day will be held outside (weather permitting), so we recommend wearing lightweight, breathable fabrics for the day and bringing a light jacket or wrap for when the sun goes down!
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony and ask that all phones and cameras be put away. However, we would love for you to document the fun during the cocktail hour and reception! Tag us in your photos so we can see all the fun you had.
The beautiful watercolor of our venue was painted by Linda Gilmore, the Mother of the Bride. It was such a special gift to us, and we are so happy to be able to share her work with all of our guests.
