Our Story
On New Year's Day 2018, on a painfully slow train from Balham to Birmingham, we had our first proper conversation. Connected through mutual friends, we'd somehow never really gotten to know each other.
A few hours later, one of us got home and told her mum about the boy she'd spent the journey with. Her cheeks hurt from laughing so much.
A week of texts led to our first date at Purecraft in Birmingham on January 9, and life hasn't been the same since.
Three months later, we took our next leap when one of us moved to London. That same night, after a gentle nudge from Mom, we officially became boyfriend and girlfriend.
Since then, it's been trains, Toronto, Los Angeles, new homes, and countless adventures. Through every move and leap into the unknown, we've always chosen each other.
On March 24, 2022, in Temecula, we got engaged. Ten days later, we were married at the LAX courthouse.
Now, nearly five years later, we finally get to celebrate with all the people we love.
