Shuttle
Shuttle between Burlington and The Ponds
August 23, 2025 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm
A shuttle will leave promptly at 3:30 pm from 41 Cherry St., downtown Burlington, and will depart from The Ponds at approximately 10:00 pm. The ride is 35-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to utilize this service so we can accurately plan the size of shuttle needed.

Burlington Internation Airport (BTV)
BTV is only fifteen minutes from downtown Burlington, a walkable area with plenty to do, eat, and drink.

Parking / Car Rentals
Car rentals are available at Burlington International Airport (reserve early, as they have a limited fleet), and there is parking right across the street from The Ponds, in front of Timberline Lodge. If you are driving to Halvorson's for the Friday welcome party, the Marketplace Parking Garage is right around the corner.

Note: Ubers, Lyfts, etc. only reliably run between BTV airport and downtown Burlington. Do not plan to utilize these services to leave the venue. We will provide a shuttle to/from Burlington and The Ponds, and there is parking onsite, should you choose to travel with a car and abstain from drinking.
