On-street parking: is FREE after 6pm & on weekends and is available throughout Downtown Wilmington. Metered spots require payment if you’re arriving before 6pm on Thursday or Friday. You may purchase 15 minutes of parking for a quarter, 6 minutes for a dime, and 3 minutes for a nickel. You can also pay using the Parkmobile app on your phone. Philadelphia Airport

The venue is about 20 mins driving distance from the PHL airport. Uber / Lyft is a good option since Wilmington isn't far at all. All wedding events / hotels are very close together and transport will be provided from hotel to wedding venue Saturday. Rental cars are an option but certainly not a necessity.
