We are thrilled that we are one step closer to celebrating with you, but given the times we are living in, we wanted to share important safety protocols we will be following during the event. Testing: We are requesting that guests who are attending our wedding (fully vaccinated or not) take a free PCR COVID test 48-72 hours prior to our wedding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have senior/immunocompromised guests attending that we all need to do our best to protect. Symptoms: If you feel sick or are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or loss of smell and taste on the day of the wedding, please stay home. We of course understand that some may be experiencing unrelated coughing, but we still ask that you be cleared by a negative COVID test. Venue: Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and majority of the reception will take place outdoors, but dancing will be indoors. If it rains, however, everything will take place indoors except for dinner (which will be served outside under a tent). Masks: The venue’s official rule is that if you are unvaccinated you need to wear a mask inside. However, we will not be policing the use of masks, so please use your best judgment when participating in indoor activities like dancing. We will be providing surgical masks, but if you prefer something more heavy duty like an N95 or KN95, please bring your own. Hand Sanitizer: We will provide sanitizing stations in several areas of the venue. Please practice good hand hygiene after touching surfaces and feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer if desired. Most of all, we want to reassure our friends and family of our commitment to your health and our desire to make sure you can help us celebrate freely and joyfully. Please feel free to reach out to us via email or text with any questions and let us know ASAP if your plans have changed for any reason. Thank you in advance for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you October 2nd!
