Welcome Picnic

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Kick the dust off your boots and join us for a laid-back welcome picnic to start the wedding weekend. We'll be gathering at the green space at the base of Snow King Mountain from 4:00–7:00 PM for cold drinks, light bites, lawn games, and good company! Stop by anytime, grab a drink, and settle in as friends and family come together before the celebrations begin. We can't wait to welcome you to Jackson Hole and kick off the weekend with you.

Wedding Ceremony

4:30 pm

Attire: Western Formal! Formal or semi-formal attire with optional western flair! Feel free to incorporate cowboy boots, hats, bolo ties, fringe, or other western-inspired touches.

Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow. Please note that all wedding-day events will take place at Moose Head Ranch. Guests will be transported to and from the venue via shuttle service, with departures beginning at approximately 3:00 PM. Additional shuttle details will be provided closer to the wedding date. There is no guest parking available on-site. All guests must arrive via shuttle or rideshare.
