Welcome Picnic

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Attire: Casual Western. Think sundresses, denim, boots & easy layers. Come comfortable and bring a jacket for when the sun goes down! Kick the dust off your boots and join us for a laid-back welcome picnic to start the wedding weekend. We’ll be gathering at the green space at the base of Snow King Mountain from 4:00–7:00 PM for drinks, light bites, lawn games, and good company. Pizza and drinks will be provided!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm

Attire: Formal attire is encouraged, with optional Western flair. Gentlemen are asked to wear jackets, and ladies are invited to wear cocktail or formal dresses. Cowboy boots, hats, bolo ties, fringe, and other Western-inspired touches are warmly welcomed.

Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow. Please note that all wedding-day events will take place at Moose Head Ranch. Guests will be transported to and from the venue via shuttle service, with departures beginning at approximately 3:00 PM. Please see the "transportation" tab for shuttle info. IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no guest parking available on-site. All guests must arrive via shuttle or rideshare.
