We are asking everyone to RSVP by July 1st so we are able to get our floor plan and final head counts to our vendors by their requested dates.
Yes! The RSVP has a place to note down any dietary restrictions to ensure that we capture any special dietary needs and avoid allergens as much as possible. If you are worried it wasn't captured through the RSVP don't hesitate to reach out to us to ensure it's been documented!
We are recommending semi-formal, but we recognize this is the Colorado Mountains and our ceremony space is outdoors. We just ask that you are dressed nice and no jeans, tennis shoes, or more casual clothing is worn for the ceremony portion.
Yes! We know that many of you are traveling or choosing to spend a Saturday afternoon and evening with us and child care is hard to secure! Kiddos are absolutely welcome and should have been included as guests with your invitations. We just ask that you RSVP for your children as well so we can get an accurate guest count and ensure the kiddos feel included in the festivities as well. If your invitation did not include kiddos and you have kiddos please just let us know! *Please note we do not expect any kiddos to be in uncomfortable clothes for the ceremony or reception.*
Yes! We actually have a booking page with a lodging partner through our venue. That information is located on the Travel section of our website. If you book through that page you should receive 10% off your booking. To ensure that you receive this, you can use our booking code: W.JessicaDavid! We are partnering with SummitCove Lodging for our accommodations and they have a number of properties in or near River Run Village that would allow you to be close to the venue and all the food and shops in the Village! If you have questions about distance from the venue when booking please let Jessica know and she can assist you in finding something that works best for you!
Yes! The venue is located on the far end of River Run Village and there is abundant parking available there.
We are currently registered with a Honeymoon Fund through Zola! Celebrating with everyone is gift enough and after our time together we have many of the physical items we need. If you would like to gift us with more than your presence and celebration you can contribute to the Honeymoon Fund! We are more than happy to just see all of you and have you be there for this special day!
Our ceremony is scheduled to start at 4 pm. Arriving early ensures you're able to find parking and a seat that you'd prefer. However, we understand life happens! If you are unable to make it prior to the ceremony starting our coordinator will be able to ensure that you can find a spot without causing any interruptions!
