Shuttle

Shuttle bus between hotels and venue

April 10, 2026 5:00 pm

We are providing a shuttle to and from the wedding venue for those staying at the Hilton Baltimore BWI and BWI Airport Marriott hotels. The shuttle bus will depart promptly from the Hilton at 5:10pm and the Marriott shortly at 5:20pm. The shuttle will return to the hotels after the wedding, leaving the venue ~10:35pm.

Flight

Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI)

MD has one primary airport, and our venue is only 10 mins from it! We recommend flying into BWI and catching a rideshare to your hotel (or the complementary shuttle if you're staying at the Hilton or Marriott, see info below).

Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport

We've reserved a room block at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport hotel. Spaces are limited so we recommend booking early. Must book by March 19th, 2026. See shuttle info below. If you're staying at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport hotel, there is a complimentary shuttle from BWI Airport. Call 410-694-0808 when you've landed and received your luggage.

BWI Airport Marriott

We've reserved a room block at the BWI Airport Marriott hotel. Spaces are limited so we recommend booking early. Must book by March 12th, 2026. If you're staying at the BWI Airport Marriott, there is a complimentary hotel shuttle from BWI Airport. They have 3 pickup locations: Zone 1 – baggage claim level, Location 7 Zone 2 – baggage claim level, Location 48 Zone 3 – baggage claim level, Location 60 Call 410-859-8300, choose option 6, and let the operator know where you are.
