FAQs

The Wedding Website of Nicole Greco and Jacob Gaddy
Question

Getting to and from the venue

Answer

We are providing a shuttle to and from the wedding venue, making stops at the Hilton Baltimore BWI and BWI Airport Marriott hotels. The shuttle bus will depart from the Hilton at 5:05pm and the Marriott shortly after. The shuttle will return to the hotels after the wedding, leaving ~10:35pm. If you do not plan on using the shuttle, the venue is easily accessible by car or rideshare. You're also welcome to park in the venue lot and leave your car overnight, it just needs to be picked up by noon the following day.

Question

What's the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire: suits, midi/maxi-length dresses, and elegant pantsuits are welcome. The venue does not permit blue jeans or baseball caps. Feel free to bring a change of comfy shoes for dancing!

Question

Where's the after party?

Answer

We'll keep the party going at the Hilton Baltimore BWI hotel bar after the wedding.

Question

Are my children invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration other than immediate family.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoors, and the cocktail hour will be indoors/outdoors depending on weather. Wear comfortable shoes and please feel free to bring separate shoes for dancing!

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 5:30pm, 30 minutes before our ceremony time at 6pm. We recommend arriving to the venue at least 15-30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have time to find a seat.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking any photos or using your phone during our ceremony. You're welcome to take photos during the reception and would love if you shared them with us!
