When should I arrive by?

Please arrive at the venue around 4:30pm to make sure you have enough time to park and find your seat before the Ceremony starts at 5pm.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly request that our guests embrace a semi-formal/cocktail attire dress code for our special day. For those wearing dresses, we encourage floral prints or pastel colors to help create a light and joyful atmosphere. For those wearing suits, feel free to explore different colors beyond the usual black to add a fresh and vibrant touch to the occasion. Please avoid wearing jeans as we hope to maintain an elegant vibe while still keeping things fun and relaxed.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a parking garage under Soldier's & Sailors at 4390 Bigelow Boulevard that is $5 per day, or you can park at the hotel for $39.88 per day. There is also limited street parking around the area in Oakland.

Is the Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be held outdoor (weather permitting) and inside the front lobby. The reception will be indoors in the ballroom.

Can I bring my kids?

We have decided to keep our wedding a 21+ event. We encourage you to take this opportunity to have a date night!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!
