Marc and Sydney met in 2015 during their sophomore year at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. They were friends for about two years before they started dating their senior year of college. After graduation in 2017, they had a long distance relationship for about a year before Marc decided to move to Pittsburgh from the Lehigh Valley. They eventually moved in together in 2019 and have been living together with their cat Ashes ever since!

They were on vacation visiting their favorite spot, San Diego, California. Marc and Sydney had been dating for about 7 years at this time. On the beach during a beautiful sunset Marc got down on one knee and asked if Sydney would spend the rest of her life with him . They were able to enjoy this moment together before celebrating with their closest family and friends!
