Zach is Matt's younger cousin. At one point, Matt was even Zach's babysitter! Over the years they have attended many family functions and vacations together and have developed a great friendship.

Brandon is the brother of the bride. Brandon and Matt met in 2014 when Kait and Matt started dating. They have developed a great friendship and have bonded over their mutual love of sports and video games.

Marisa and Kait met when Marisa was born. Their mothers were best friends and teaching partners for 35 years. The girls grew up together and attended multiple family vacations and parties over the years. Marisa joined Kait at Ohio University where she joined Alpha Gamma Delta and became Kait's little sister. Kait was a bridesmaid in Marisa's wedding in March 2019.

Courtney and Kait met through cheerleading in middle school. They cheered together throughout high school and developed an amazing friendship. Kait was a bridesmaid in Courtney's wedding in June 2019.

Michelle is the sister of the groom. Michelle and Kait met in 2014 when Kait and Matt started dating. They have developed a great friendship over the past few years. Michelle has taken an active role in helping with the wedding planning. She even attended the Mother/Daughter trip to Savannah to help scout locations and wedding venues. Her significant other, Brian Reinhardt, is also a groomsman in the wedding party.
