Why Savannah?

The Wedding Website of Kaitlyn Gray and Matthew Yakovich
Why Savannah..... Kait and Matt have traveled together to Savannah many times. They love the historical feeling of the city, the tree-lined cobblestone streets, beautiful fountains, and green squares. You can stroll around with open containers in the laid back, slower moving environment and just chill! It's their favorite place to get away to, so naturally they'd love to make it their wedding destination. Hopefully, this Covid bug fades and we can all get together and make their dream celebration come true! The picture is Forsyth Square.
Question

Where is that oak tree-lined lane that is seen in many movies?

Answer

That iconic spot is outside of the city at Wormsloe Historic Plantation. It's the colonial estate of Noble Jones. The house is the oldest standing structure in Savannah. Colonial life displays and demonstrations, costumed interpreters, museum with artifacts, native trails and that oak tree-lined lane are all available to tour.
