Joanna has been on countless adventures with me. From traveling across the world to kayaking local rivers and lakes. We met in a House Church years ago and when Joanna married Jacob and moved into my neighborhood, our friendship just grew from there. She is a teacher here in the Midlands and has won teacher of the year multiple times! She is going above and beyond to help organize the wedding details but you will definitely find her on the dance floor cutting a rug when it is time to cut loose.
Cody Mezo

Cody and I met when I moved to Columbia. He is also an Air Traffic Controller. He and his wife Meagan have been married since 2019 and have an amazing son, Hudson! Cody and I are also hunting buddies...even though we don't always get out together we love to share stories from the woods.
Ashley Hall

Ashley and I met freshman year of college living across the hall from one another. There are many years of laughter and growth that we have experienced together. Ashley has been with me through so many good and hard times and has always been a true friend. We have remained close despite the distance between us and for that I am so grateful. You can find Ashley raising her beautiful babies, loving on her community, and supporting her husband on their massive farm in Virginia!!

Jacob and I met through Kimberly and it was almost an instant friendship! We enjoy watching sports, grilling out and doing some hunting as well. Jacob is married to Joanna (the Maid of Honor). Jacob works for the University of South Carolina and also as a running coach locally.
Dawn Butler

Dawn and I also met in that same house church many years ago. She has walked a lot of life with me and shared a lot of memories. Including memories of multiple Elvis impersonators and pedicures. Dawn and her husband Cejing have been constant friends in my life and I am so grateful she is a part of my life. She is an HR manager and raises two beautiful children here locally with her husband.

Paul and I have been friends for years! He is also an Air Traffic Controller, but works in Florida. We met through doing some Union work together and our friendship was instant! Paul is married to Joy and they have 2 kids, Charlotte and Henry. We both enjoy playing golf and having a few beers while attempting to solve the worlds problems.
Meredith Smith

Meredith and I met through mutual friends and became roommates seven years ago. She has been my friend through much of life including a great partner in late nights full of great conversations and binge watching. She is recently engaged as well!! And is marrying an awesome guy named Ryan this summer. God certainly put us together for a reason and for that I am forever grateful. She rocks at her job doing marketing and management for Blue Cross and has moved up multiple times over the years. You can also always count on her to recommend the best restaurants in the city.

Beach and I met when I first moved to Columbia. He is one of the hardest working guys I know! Beach and his wife Jessica own and operate Loveland Coffee and are a huge part of the local community. We attend the same church and also both love a good cup of coffee and a nice glass of bourbon. I'm very proud to call him my friend!
Sarah Bedi

Sarah was my freshman year RA. She quickly became a sister to me and has been such a huge support and encouragement to me throughout life. She is always there when I need her and has been someone who has constantly shown me the love of God. She is currently a missionary in Sweden while also getting her doctorate and is making the trek all the way back just for the wedding. You can also find her teaching math in her spare time for fun because she is crazy like that.

Jared and I met when he moved to Columbia as an Air Traffic Controller. We have worked together for a few years but have really gotten to know each other very well over the last year and a half since we started attending church together. Jared is married to Ashley and they have a beautiful daughter, Emery!
