FAQs

Question

Guestbook Details

Answer

Instead of a traditional guestbook, we will have a Bible that will become our family Bible for years to come. If you would like, please feel free to come prepared with a favorite verse to highlight and leave a note, prayer, piece of advice, or encouragement for our marriage. For those who would prefer not to choose a verse, we would still love for you to sign your name and leave a message on one of the blank pages in the front. Having your love and support will mean so much to us for generations to come.

Question

Bubble Tunnel Information

Answer

At 8:15pm, we’ll be doing a bubble tunnel/photo opportunity outside! Anyone who would like to participate is more than welcome to join us. Following the sparkler parade, the DJ will transition into more late-night dancing and music. We would absolutely love for everyone, kids included, to stay and celebrate with us, but we also wanted to give parents a heads up so they can plan accordingly if they choose to head out earlier with little ones.

Question

Can I bring a plus one/children?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with as many people as possible, but due to limited space and our large guest list, we are only able to accommodate guests, plus-ones, and children specifically indicated on your invitation/RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to include as many of our loved ones as possible.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP by October 1, 2026. This allows us ample time to finalize details with our venue and vendors, and to ensure every guest is comfortably accommodated. If you have any questions or need assistance with your RSVP, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code! We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and most like yourself! Think of “Sunday Best” as a helpful guideline!

Question

What is on the menu?

Answer

Guests will have the option of parmesan crusted chicken breast or baked ham. Sides will include mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, glazed carrots, corn, and a dinner roll. While we hope there is something for everyone to enjoy, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions or specialty meals. If you have a special diet or food allergy, we kindly encourage you to plan accordingly prior to the reception.

Question

Smoking/Alcohol Policy

Answer

Please note that our venue is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises is prohibited by the venue and results in a $500 fee. We kindly ask all guests to respect the venue’s policy during our celebration. Additionally, outside alcohol is not permitted to be brought onto the property. A bar will be available during the reception.
