Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore your kids, but we'd love it if our wedding could be your night off to have fun with us! That being said, if you don't think you'll be able to make it to our wedding without them, please let us know.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE SERVICE?

Answer

No, there are no shuttles but both are very close to the hotels, so it should be a very reasonable Uber/Lyft ride away.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately due to construction, our venue will likely not be offering valet parking as previously planned but there are parking lots close by. The closest is directly in front of Ingold Tire & Auto Service Center at the corner of W Chapel Hill St and S Buchanan Blvd. The second is behind the Family Connects Durham building on the corner of W Chapel Hill St and Kent St. Should you think you will leave your car at the venue overnight, we recommend street parking rather than the parking lots as they are subject to towing during business hours (though unlikely on a Sunday). Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding!

Cocktail, please! We want you to get a little dolled up, but still comfortable enough to boogie down with us.

Do you really have two cats?

Answer

Yes! And we recently dressed them up in their Christmas sweaters much to their chagrin. See Cora and Charlie gracing the top of the page.
