Wedding Day Shuttle Schedule

Shuttle Schedule for Transportation to & from the Wedding at Beltane Ranch All shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00 PM. For guests staying at The Lodge at Sonoma Resort or nearby Airbnbs: We kindly ask that you use one of the shuttles departing from The Lodge at Sonoma Resort: 27-person shuttle (Pure Luxury) 8-person shuttle (Sonoma Sterling) For guests staying at El Dorado Hotel, Sonoma Valley Inn, or Inn at Sonoma: Please plan to take a shuttle from Sonoma Plaza: 27-person shuttle (Pure Luxury) Return Transportation: All shuttles will depart from Beltane Ranch at 10:00 PM to return guests to their original pick-up locations. Please note: If you choose not to take the recommended shuttle, we cannot guarantee availability, as space is limited. Guests are also welcome to arrange their own transportation via Uber/Lyft or by driving.

Travel Information

The following airports are easy to reach the Sonoma Valley: San Francisco (SFO) approx. 60 miles Oakland (OAK) approx. 56 miles Sonoma County Airport (STS) approx. 8 miles We recommend flying into one of the nearby airports & renting a car for the weekend—it's the best way to explore the beautiful Sonoma Valley at your own pace! Uber & Lyft are also options for getting to Sonoma Valley and for daytime transportation. However, rideshare availability can be limited in the evenings. To make things easy, we'll be providing a shuttle to and from Beltane Ranch on the wedding day to avoid any issues with rideshare availability. Please see FAQ Tab for detailed shuttle schedule.
