Will transportation be provided to Beltane Ranch for the wedding?

Shuttle Schedule Please see the detailed shuttle information below: All shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00 PM. For guests staying at The Lodge at Sonoma Resort or nearby Airbnbs: We kindly ask that you use one of the shuttles departing from The Lodge at Sonoma Resort: 27-person shuttle & 8-person shuttle For guests staying at El Dorado Hotel, Sonoma Valley Inn, or Inn at Sonoma: Please plan to take a shuttle from Sonoma Plaza: 27-person shuttle Please note: If you choose not to take the recommended shuttle, we cannot guarantee availability, as space is limited. Guests are welcome to drive on their own or uber/lyft to Beltane Ranch as well!

What is the Dress Code for the weekend?

Welcome Party (Friday June 26th, 2026): Cocktail - Ladies, opt for stylish dresses or jumpsuits with playful accessories. Gentlemen, think tailored trousers or slacks paired with a button-down or a sleek blazer—no tie required. It's all about looking sharp & feeling comfortable as we kick off the weekend! Wedding (Saturday June 27th, 2026): Formal Garden Party- We’d love to see everyone looking fancy, don’t shy away from color! The event will be held on grass, please choose footwear that’s lawn-friendly.

Are Children Welcome at any of the weekend events?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, all events are adult only. The only children in attendance will be immediate family. We appreciate you understanding. If you have any questions please reach out to us!

Can I Bring a Plus One to any of the weekend events?

Answer

We’re planning a small, intimate celebration with limited space, and as such, we’re only able to accommodate those formally invited. Only the guests listed on your Formal Invitation are invited to attend. Thank you so much for your understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with our nearest and dearest!

Is there parking at Beltane Ranch for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, Beltane Ranch offers on-site parking, so guests are welcome to drive and park at the venue.

Will transportation be provided to Sunflower Cafe for the welcome party?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided for the Friday evening welcome party. Sunflower Caffé is conveniently located in Sonoma Plaza, making it easily accessible from nearby hotels and accommodations. We recommend using Uber/Lyft, biking, or driving.
