Things To Do

Aloha Stadium Swap Meet

99-500 Salt Lake Boulevard, Honolulu, HI 96818
, (808) 486-6704

!YOUR ONE STOP SHOP FOR ALL YOUR SOUVENIR NEEDS! Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings from 8AM-12PM enjoy this huge circle of tents to buy your souvenirs and gifts for those coworkers and loved ones back home. Bring cash, parking is a $1 per person in the car and most tents take cash over card because it is just easier. You can find shot glasses, magnets, ukuleles, carved wood, knives, and much more at this local "flea market" (we call it "Swap Meet").

Polynesian Cultural Center

55-370 Kamehameha Highway, Laie, HI 96762
, (800) 367-7060

It's a fun place to learn about the rich culture and ethnic diversity found here on the islands. Also has great food at their luaus and an amazing night show called "The Breathe of Ha" that even the groom hasn't seen yet. Let the bride know in advance if this is something you'd like to indulge in while here and she'll be sure to find the "aloha" price.

Bishop Museum

1525 Bernice Street, Honolulu, HI 96817
, (808) 847-3511

There is a science building where you get to learn about lava and the tides. There is a castle that holds the history of Hawaii from our native days to our royal days to our forced union with the United States of America.

Kualoa Ranch

49-560 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, HI 96744
, (808) 237-7321

This is where they filmed Jurassic Park and they offer an ATV movie tour of the ranch. Sounds like an absolute blast for you movie buffs. Can you name any other movies or shows that were filmed in beautiful Hawai'i nei?

Mākua Beach

HI

Grant and Rae enjoyed their first beach outing here. It is also called "Pray for Sex Beach" and has by far the best sunset on the island. Enjoy the sandy beach and clear enough waters you see your feet. Also has a small cave you can take cute pictures in that fills with the tide. Bring a cooler of drinks and some chips and settle in for a sight that'll take your breathe away.

Kaʻena Point Trail

Farrington Highway, Waialua, HI 96791
, (808) 587-0300

Ocean view HIKE. For any hike we suggest starting before the sun is blazing hot meaning :"Walk there before sunrise and avoid the sunburn on the way back." It is a easy hike that you can walk ending in a wonderful sanctuary. You can hear seals along the hike and view the ocean 100% of the way. The bride has always hiked it West side to the North but the tourist route is North to the West side.

Koko Crater Railway Trailhead

7604 Koko Head Park Road, Honolulu, HI 96825

A HIKE overlooking one of Oahu's mesmerizing cities. Along the trail you will see what used to be bunkers and what looks like wooden train tracks made to help hikers or past military to go up the mountain.

Giovanni's Shrimp Truck

66-472 Kamehameha Highway, Haleiwa, HI 96712
, (808) 293-1839

Trust me the long line is worth it.

Boba Cafe
