What’s The Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-formal, please. Suits and ties for the gentlemen and cocktail dresses for the ladies. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button and tie are too tight, let it all hang loose.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do, but to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding!

Is There A Shuttle To And From The Hotel To The Ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We wanted to make sure people felt comfortable drinking and having a good time without needing to drive. Our venue also allows your cars to stay overnight!

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside. However, if the weather does not cooperate the ceremony will be held inside of the venue. The entire reception will be inside regardless of the weather.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

In order for our ceremony to start at 3pm, we ask that guests arrive around 2:30pm. For our reception, we ask that guests return to the venue at 5:45pm in order to grab a drink and find your seats for dinner starting at 6pm.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will request that you leave the grounds after the ceremony and return for the reception at 5:45. They want to use this extra time to take pictures and enjoy their first few hours of marriage! In the meantime you can explore St. Charles, grab a drink, or check in your hotel. A list of entertainment options are listed under the "THINGS TO DO" tab.

Will food and drink be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar throughout the night, starting at 5:45pm. We will have a seated dinner starting at 6pm. We will also have a cake and dessert bar, as well as late night pizza (for those who work up an appetite from the dance floor). Please let us know ahead of time of any dietary restrictions.

What entertainment will be at the reception?

Answer

There will be a live band playing all of our favorite songs in hopes that you spend most of your time on the dance floor! There will also be a photo booth we hope that you use! Since they say your wedding day goes by fast, we want our guest book to be filled with fun photos of our family and friends to look back on.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

There will be a sparkler exit at 10:50, and the reception will end at 11:00pm.
