What can we say, we love a good zoo :)
Open 7am-3pm on Saturday, lots of local goodies.
A museum honoring South Bend's history as the home of Studebaker. Not too far from Tippecanoe Place, the home of Mr. Studebaker himself that has been converted into a restaurant. Each room is it's own dining room. Both are definitely worth a visit!
Our beloved university is the top item for many 'Things to Do in South Bend' lists - if you check out the campus, we'd recommend walking around the lakes (we did this often!), visiting the Grotto, and stopping by Hesburgh Library to see Touchdown Jesus!
A running path Alex and teammates frequented VERY often - would highly recommend for a walk/run.
In case you forget anything!
Right on the river! Alex took Grant to a birthday dinner here - avoid the tacos if you don't like spice.
If you've got a hippie palate like Alex, this place has you covered! All things organic, gluten-free and free of xyz can be found here.
One of our faves - you will not be disappointed.
We probably know this menu inside and out - a favorite for when parents came to visit at school.
A very frequented breakfast place!
