The George Washington Hotel

**If you have booked your room at the George Washington for April 25th. The room was automatically transferred to August 22nd. You only need to call the hotel and provide updated credit card information** Wedding location including: Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. There are a total of 26 rooms in the room block. When you call, state that the reservation is for the Melia/Snyder Wedding and the date you would want to reserve (the night of the wedding: 08/22/20). Price varies depending on type of room/availability. Typically $99-119/night.

Hampton Inn Washington

If you booked a room in the room-block for the April wedding, you will need to call the hotel and cancel your old reservation and request a new one in the August room-block. We want to ensure we have everyone staying at the Hampton Inn accounted for to give the hotel an accurate shuttle number. If you are booking for more than the night of the wedding, please tell the hotel to include you in the wedding block for the night of August 22. Second hotel option just minutes from the wedding location. There will be shuttle service (limo) before the wedding to the venue about an hour before the wedding. Also, there will be shuttle service back to this hotel towards the later part and after the reception. Be sure to mention the Melia/Snyder wedding block when booking the venue. $105/night.
