If you already know that you won't be able to join us on September 26, 2026, please let us know! If you are able to celebrate with us, more information about RSVPs will come with your formal invitation.
We love your kids, but we kindly request that kids stay home for our celebration.
This is a casual event with a mountain west theme! Please wear something warm and comfortable. After the gondola ride, we will be indoors in the lodge with access to the outdoor patio—it can get chilly around sunset in the Colorado Rockies! Western attire may include cowboy boots, a hat, leather, suede, fringe, turquoise, jeans, a flannel button up, and whatever else western wear means to you. If that's not up your alley, don't worry about it, we can't wait to celebrate with you!
We kindly request black-tie preferred attire on our wedding night. For gentlemen, a tuxedo, black suit, or dark suit is appropriate. For ladies, an evening gown or formal cocktail dress is perfect. Fun, fall colors are encouraged for the ladies! And, please feel free to take creative liberty with any formal western touches you would like to add!
Yes, we will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the wedding location (which is about 20 minutes from Steamboat base).
Yes, if you don't want to rent a car, there are shuttle services from both airports that can take you to the base of Steamboat. More information on this coming soon!
There are so many awesome restaurants in Steamboat! Here are a few of our favorites: Breakfast and lunch: Creekside Grille, Yampa Valley Kitchen, Winona's Dinner and lunch: E3 Steakhouse, Mambo, Icehouse (BBQ), Besame, Primrose, The Laundry
