We can't wait to see you! New Canaan, CT is about an hour north of NYC. Here are some suggestions for travel.
By plane:
LaGuardia (LGA), John F. Kennedy (JFK), and Westchecter County Airport (HPN) are the best airports to fly into. You will want to rent a car and drive or arrange for pickup at the airport.
By train:
There is a Metro North stop in New Canaan, CT. You can also take the Amtrak to Stamford, CT. In both instances, you should plan for a taxi to take you to the Roger Sherman Inn or your accommodations.

Grand Central to New Canaan
You will need to switch trains in Stamford. These are usually timed to align and involves crossing a platform.
