Yes! Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Four Points Sheraton, the wedding venue (Deer Park Villa) and the afterparty bar (Mac's). Check out the "Travel" page on this website for the shuttle schedule. Note that Uber/Lyft can be hit or miss in Fairfax in the later evening, so if you're planning to Uber we would recommend taking the shuttle back to the Four Points where Ubers are easier to catch, and ordering from there instead. You can also leave your car parked overnight at the venue as long as you pick it up by 10am the next morning (Sunday).
Yes, there is free convenient parking at the wedding venue. You can also leave your car parked overnight as long as you pick it up by 10am the next morning (Sunday).
Wedding casual. For example, a dress shirt with khakis or an aloha shirt with slacks would totally be cool! But jeans and a t-shirt would be a bit too casual.
The ceremony and dinner portion of the reception will be outside (weather permitting), then we will move inside for the dance party around 8pm. The Bay Area can get pretty chilly in the evening and temperatures may drop into the low 50s. There will be heat lamps but we would recommend bringing a coat/jacket.
If your invitation says you may bring a guest, then yes! But if it does not say you may bring a guest, then please only bring the people specifically named in the invitation.
Unfortunately no, the ceremony and reception will be child-free. However, you can bring your kids to the welcome event at the Junction the evening before the wedding day if you'd like. Please feel free to reach out to Grace or Alex if you have any questions.
Appetizers will be served during the cocktail hour after the ceremony, followed by a buffet-style dinner. There will be beef, chicken, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. And of course, dessert! If you have a specific dietary restriction and would like more information about the dishes/ingredients, please feel free to reach out.
